About Me

Hello! My name is Jonathan and I am here to help. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and have a deep interest and experience working with young professionals (Generation Z, Millenials), couples, parents, and racialized individuals encountering a variety of challenges. Whether you are struggling to see eye-to-eye with your family, romantic partner, struggling with emotional regulation with your child, recovering from past trauma wounds, or trying to find purpose in an ever growing complex and diverse landscape, I am here to support you with authenticity, compassion and a grounded presence. I believe therapy can be a place to be seen, understood, and the experimental lab where we can co-create new paths forward. I hope you will take a moment to see how I can help.

I practice Gestalt therapy which is a holistic approach that works with thoughts, feelings, and somatic sensations. I have supported a diverse range of adults to understand themselves and find healing. I offer a unique perspective having lived in Canada and abroad, and working in the health care sector for a decade.
