We live in ever growing diverse and complex neighborhoods and societies. Racism can wound us and cause pain within ourselves and present challenges with our relationships. You may experience feelings of anxiety and fear in certain situations and settings. Together, we will explore identity and new paths to healing and being in the world.

Experiencing feelings of tension, worry, fear, and unease can be very hard in our everyday life. Intense feelings of anxiety can interfere with our relationships, career, and our everyday living. Together, we will explore understanding your feelings, and finding a safe space to mindfully experience them in the process of finding a place of peace and calm.

 

parenting support

Being a parent can be one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences you encounter. And at the same time, it will be one of the most important relationships in your life. In raising kids, a range of emotions can arise such as feelings of frustration, anger, anxiety, joy, happiness and playfulness. Parents need support. Together (1:1 individual adult session), we will work through the challenges you are experiencing with your child and find ways to support your emotional well being.

trauma

Distressing events can have lasting and difficult impacts on our lives. Trauma symptoms may be affecting your moment-to-moment living or unexpectedly arise in your day. Together we will create a safe and supportive space to explore new paths to healing.
